课程简介 Class Instruction:

      从古代社会,科学实验就已在人们探索自然界奥秘的过程中逐步酝酿产生。生物学研究逐渐由表及里,向理解生命现象的内在规律,探索生命过程的运行机理深入。生物学是一门以实验为基础的自然科学,实验教学在生物教学中举足轻重,占有不可取代的地位。生物科学实验是教师指导学生利用一定的材料、药品、仪器设备,按照指定的条件去进行的生物实践活动。通过实验,可以使学生更好的理解和掌握基础知识,可以对学生进行基本技能的训练,培养学生学习、观察、分析、综合运用生物学知识的能力。激发学生学习生物学兴趣,培养实事求是的科学态度。

      本学期初中部为七年级、八年级学生开设的活动课《生物学—科学实验》课程欲涉及10个专题,包括:1、植物的蒸腾现象;2、有机物——蛋白质的性质探究;3、植物的结构探究——质壁分离现象的研究;4、鸡蛋的“冒汗现象”;5、白花变色现象;6、食物中淀粉、脂肪的鉴定;7、植物光合作用的探究;8、DNA双螺旋结构模型;9、模拟酸雨对植物生长的影响;10、细胞膜功能的探究。




In ancient society, experimentation was generated when people started to discover the mysterious nature. Biology is the science that studies the regulation of life phenomena. The experiments are the most important method in the field of biology. With the experiments, students will understand the basic knowledge and practice the elementary skills. That also will help students to cultivate the ability of study, observation and analysis.


In this semester, we will have <Biology -- Scientific Experiments> class for students of Grade 7 and Grade 8. The course will include 10 subjects.

1.Transpiration phenomenon of plants,

2.Organics --- the study of protein,

3.The study of structure of plants,

4.“Sweating Phenomena” of eggs,

5.The color changing of white flowers,

6.The identification of starch and fat in food,

7.The study of photosynthesis

8.The DNA double helix

9.The influence of acid rain on growth of plants

10.The study of the function of cytomembrane

课程目标 Class Objective

1、可以使学生加深理解、巩固和验证课堂里所学到的知识,了解知识在实践中的应用,并提高学生的学习兴趣

2、通过亲手实验,可以培养学生实验的基本技能

3、通过实验,可以帮助学生建立辩证唯物主义观点

4、可以培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力

5、可以培养学生实事求是的工作作风和严谨认真的学习习惯


1.Help students to understand and verify the knowledge from textbooks and enhance the study interest for students.

2.Cultivate students’ basic experimental skills.

3.Set up the thought of dialectical materialism for students.

4.Enhance students’ ability of analyzing and solving problems.
